Baseline is exactly that - a Baseline. Something you can return to after a long winded adventure exploring the wide world of IPAs. It's hoppy, It's crushable. Big malt backbone with just the right amount of backend bitterness.
Cool Water
What started as a one-off is now part of our core lineup to express our love for German Style Sour Ales! The base starts as a traditional Gose but kick it up with a southwest spin for maximum refreshability! "Cool Water" is our attempt at creating the most refreshing sour beer we could think of, by combining Limon Pepino (Lime and Cucumber) flavors of classic aguas frescas. An appropriate amount of sea salt to finish it off is added to make it a peak refresher for those hot summer days that we experience 90% of the year here in El Paso.
Futures Pils
Futures Pils is our year-round crispy boi for the industry peeps that are always looking for a crushable and hoppy lager. 6 weeks lagering time, all German hops and malts, and with the precision of Aurellia and our brew team all combined to create what we think is a beautiful rendition of the traditional German style of Pilsner. Futures Pils was named appropriately as the beer we consume while we look towards the future as the world of beer continues to change around us - but Pilsner will always be the beer in our hearts.
Local Wheat
Though popularized as a German style, we've taken a more American approach to this Hefeweizen by letting the typical banana/clove notes and aromas take a back seat to allow for a more crisp and straight forward Wheat beer experience that's mind bendingly drinkable and full bodied. Local Wheat is not only your locally made Hefeweizen, but it's also made with actual locally grown wheat from farms in the area! Local supporting local. Cheers!
